[2023] I linked my accounts and got reset

Hey @Zayko005,

 

Your progress is stored on the EA account where it was first earned, not the individual platforms (Steam, Xbox, etc.)

 

If you unlink a platform from one EA account to move it to another EA account, that progress stays behind on the first EA account.

 

This would be why your Steam account went back to level 1, so if you're wanting that progress restored you would need to move the Steam account back to the original EA account.

You can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
