We are unable to review or discuss any of your account details on the forums however, so you would need to reach back out to our Terms of Service team if you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly.

 

It sounds like you may have already done this once, but you're welcome to create an additional appeal to have another member of the ToS team take another look at the situation for you.

I'm showing we've sent out multiple emails within the past couple days to try and provide some additional information about this situation.

 

I would check to make sure your email provider has filters set up to allow incoming emails from @ea.com or @e.ea.com addresses.

 

You should also be able to check prior cases in your case history page here

 

Based on what was mentioned there, it looks like you'll need to contact the support team in this case rather than the Terms of Service team.

  I would create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the account recovery itself.  Mako.png

You just need to get in touch with our support team to verify some information before they can look into restoring the account at this point.

 

You didn't have the option to open a new case with the hacked steps before?

  Can you try to create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account? That should let you get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.  Mako.png
