Hey @ninchua,

The only team that's able to review or change account actions would be our Terms of Service team.

You can appeal with these steps if you haven't already done so. Appeals will be investigated by a member of the ToS team once that's been submitted, so you can keep an eye on your case history page here for a reply.

Please keep in mind that while they may use some templated replies to make sure consistent information is being provided, these investigations are not automated and will be the best way to have this looked into further.

Hey @ninchua,

If you've created an appeal with our Terms of Service team and disagree with their findings, you're welcome to submit another appeal.

An additional appeal would be investigated by a separate member of the ToS team, who would take another look at our records/tools to verify whatever activity took place on the account. They would typically provide the general reason for a ban, but wouldn't be able to provide specifics such as which program was detected, etc.

That doesn't mean an investigation wasn't taken seriously, however. If you feel a mistake was made please feel free to appeal again and a fresh set of eyes will take a look.

Hey @ninchua,

I'm sorry, but our ToS team would have final say in the matter.

I understand you're saying one thing and the replies you're receiving are saying another.

However, if they've reviewed their records of the situation and declined to remove a penalty after multiple reviews, I'm afraid there wouldn't be any other alternatives to have that reviewed again or via a different method.

Hi @ninchua,

Looking at potential false positives would be part of the process when the Terms of Service team reviews an appeal. That's not something that can be done via the forums I'm afraid. Mako.png
