[2021] Bloodhound banner bug

We're aware of this issue. If you unequip that banner frame it should stop the crashes from happening for now.

The banner frame was disabled temporarily until the issue is fixed. Are you still running into any issues when you're trying to play?

Can we try a few other things to see if we can get you back up and running? A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
