Hi @willthehammer123

Have you tried repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where issues with the EAC installation can cause issues when the game is trying to launch.

For more details on how to repair or reinstall EAC check out the EAC website. Please let me know if you're still having trouble launching Apex Legends afterward. Thanks!

Got it, thanks! What else have you been able to try in particular? I just want to make sure we can avoid repeating any steps if we don't need to.

Also, would you mind sharing a DxDiag when you have the chance? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

Thanks!

Got it, thanks! I'm curious if there might be something else running on the PC that's preventing Apex Legends from starting. When you have the chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot to test and see if that helps at all? That way if there's something else running that could be preventing the launch we may be able to bypass it.

For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Once you've been able to give that a try let me know if you're still having any problems starting up the game. Thanks!

Thanks for giving it a shot!

Do you have Valorant installed on your PC at the moment? I've seen some cases where issues like this can happen when Vanguard, the anti-cheat for that game, is installed alongside Easy Anti-Cheat. If you do have Vanguard on this PC can you try removing it to test and see if that makes a difference?
