What happens if you try setting a different DNS on your Xbox? That can sometimes help with issues like this. To update your DNS follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Xbox Settings, then select Network.
2. Choose Advanced Options and then go to DNS Settings.
3. Select Manual, and you should see fields to set the DNS.
4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different public DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
