Hey @birthdayguest

I know that dealing with disconnections like this is really frustrating, especially when you're playing ranked. Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop this from happening again?

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting out with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still running into the same issues afterward check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still getting any of the same error messages after that.

Thank you!

@birthdayguest

Thank you for giving it a shot!

How is your Xbox currently connected to the internet? Is it using a network cable, or is it connected via wifi?

I get where you're coming from, but there are also a lot of people who play Apex Legends without ever running into issues like this. It doesn't affect everyone the same way, and I just want to see if there's anything we can do to help stop this from happening. I know it's a really frustrating issue, and I don't want it to be something you have to keep dealing with if we can help it.

Have you tried changing the DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? Sometimes using a different DNS can help with issues like this. You can change the DNS on Xbox using the steps below:

1. Open the Xbox Settings and go to Network

2. Select Advanced Settings

3. Select DNS Settings and choose Manual

4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

Let me know if you're still running into the same issues afterward. Thanks!
