Did you receive the other cosmetics from that bundle, or are those missing as well?
If you've restarted your client but those are all still missing after you sign in, it would be best to get in touch with support directly so they can take a look at the purchases.
Be sure to have these screenshots available, then create a new case here so our support team can assist further.
