[2023] My account was banned by mistake

Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team on here. We won't know why your EA account might be banned, sorry. You're looking for the Terms of Service team, they would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them).

 

If you've appealed once and have heard back already, you're welcome to submit an additional appeal and another member of the ToS team will take a look for you.

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. We aren't equipped to look into bans or suspensions, that can only be done by our Terms of Service team.
