Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team. On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help outside of sharing how to contact the team who can, sorry.

 

You're looking for the Terms of Service (ToS) team, they would exclusively help look into ban cases. If you genuinely believed there was some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, ToS can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them). Saying that, contacting the ToS team is only advisable if you believe the ban you received was added by mistake/no rules were broken.
