I'm sorry, but we're unable to review any account details or actions on the forums. 

 

For this you would need to reach out to have our Terms of Service team investigate by following these steps:

If you've already appealed with those steps, those appeals were investigated by a member of the ToS team. While those appeals are investigated, they're typically unable to go into detail about any detection methods or systems.

 

If they had reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove any account actions, I'm afraid that's not something we'll be able to change or provide any further information about on the forums.

Afraid there's no one else to speak to about this. If our Terms of Service team has declined to remove an account action after multiple appeals, that decision is final.

Any information they had provided via email would be all they're able to discuss about the matter.

You're welcome to check back through the emails, but this is not something we're able to provide more information about via the forums, so I'll be closing the thread here. Mako.png

Hi @RonRightDown, 

 

The ban might not be related to that. We wouldn't have that insight from the forums though. If you feel like there's been some mistake with the application of that ban and that you've never broken the rules, I'd suggest popping in an appeal to the Terms of Service team. They handle any bans or suspensions and can take a look into this for you. 

 

 Fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.
