Typically when we see situations where you no longer have access to prior currencies and unlocks, that means an account has been unlinked or you may be playing on a different platform.
If you've unlinked any accounts in the past, re-linking the same account should give access back to your content. Please reach out to support if you run into any trouble with that process.
If you're playing on a different platform but haven't unlinked an account, keep in mind there's currently no cross-progression in Apex. That should be coming later this year, but until then you'd need to continue playing on the same platform to have access to those prior unlocks.
