Hey so im either experiancing a weird bug or its a big glitch so whenever i am in like the main screen i have 160-220 fps and when i get into a match its about the same but the moment i actually start like moving my op my fps drops to 40fps specs (this is a laptop btw) RYZEN 5 amd radeon graphics 8gb ram 512ssd

Have you checked your hardware temperatures to make sure your CPU and GPU aren't getting too hot? What you're describing sounds like throttling, which can happen when your PC temperatures get too high.
