[2022] I have been banned for 24 days

I'm showing our Terms of Service team has fully investigated this situation multiple times.

 

You should be able to review your case history here, but it may also be worth checking your email junk, trash, or spam folders if you don't recall receiving any of the emails they had sent out.

 

An email sent 22 days ago detailed the specific reason for this most recent ban, though it's not something that can be repeated on the forums.

 

 Please keep in mind that you are entirely responsible for any chat coming from your account, regardless of the circumstances in-game.

 

As our Terms of Service team has taken a look over this multiple times and declined to remove the action, that is not something we'll be able to address further on the forums either.

@AlexXd69yolo Hi there, this thread is pretty old and since you already received a reply, I'll close it to prevent necroposting. As EA_Mako said previously, we cannot handle bans on the forums so there is not much more we can do.
