I'm sorry, you're on the community boards; Answers HQ. We aren't able to help with bans here. It sounds like you're looking for the Terms of Service team. They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. To reach them, please fill out the webform.

We can't help with bans or suspensions on Answers HQ. Please see my earlier post for more information on how to receive help with a banned account if you believe there's been a mistake.
