[2021] Server disconnect, Unable to return, Penalty Received.

Would you mind if we try running through some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. 

If you're still running into the same issues after that I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well. Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!
