I have literally tried everything I know to get this game working. I am an IT Professional, prior I worked 10 years fixing and repairing computers for a living. My point is that my skillset is above average and that I have tried everything I know to troubleshoot over the span of many years. I am about to give up on this game entirely because it crashes, constantly. Not only have I tried everything recommended from Ubisoft staff to fix this issue, I have scoured the internet. Furthermore, I have built an entirely new system and the game still crashes. I am convinced that this game is beyond broken. Just do a Google search for "Division 2 crashing" and you will see thousands upon thousands of users having the same issue. Maybe it's time I switch to console?

What I have tried so far:
Updated my drivers.
Checked for Windows update.
Re-installed Windows
Re-installed .net framework
Verified game files
Uninstalled the game entirely and re-installed.
Repaired Easy Anticheat, re-installed Easy Anticheat
Disabled full screen optimization and Overide high DPI scaling
Added exceptions to Windows Exploit Protection for EACLaunch.exe, TheDivision2.exe, and thedivisionlauncher.exe
Disabled Windows Exploit Protection entirely.
Installed various versions of Windows 10 including Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 and 2021.
Ran Division 2 on Debian based Linux using Wine.
Built Intel based system
Swapped parts one by one, spent untold hours swapping parts on my main Ryzen system -
Power supply, motherboard, RAM, video card, CPU, SSD all have swapped and made no difference.
Changed wall outlet.
Paid for electrician to check electrical
Changed monitor
Changed display cables
Ran Division 2 using Vmware using GPU passthrough

I could keep going because there is more things I’ve tried. My point is that it
should not be difficult to run a game. Honestly, as a company if you can not properly support your product, discontinue the product or hire staff who can.

I understand the frustration with the crashing, but hopefully this is something we will be able to help you with.

As you have already performed most basic troubleshooting that we would be able to offer you here, I would advise you to open a one-on-one support ticket and attach copies of your basic system files, along with a full list of everything you have done already.

Once our team has a chance to review your case, it will be escalated for review!
