FALSELY BANNED ACCOUNT CANNOT UNLINK STEAM

I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. Unfortunately, if you've already submitted 3 disputes, there's nothing else that can be done as ToS has performed multiple investigations and could not find anything that warrants overturning the ban.
