Gotcha, so it's a pretty old account.
The EA Account you're posting with here is actually very new, so it wouldn't have progress older than the last month or so.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. That seems to be what happened here since this is a newer EA Account.
You would need to try checking any other emails or accounts you've used in the past to see if you may just be logging into the wrong account.
If you've linked a platform to this particular account, you would need to re-link it to the original EA Account to try restoring access to that progress instead. You'll need to contact support if you run into any trouble re-linking an account and they should be able to help make sure the correct accounts are re-linked.

While I see you've mentioned you're sure this is the right account, it may be worth checking any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past.
This particular account was not even created in 2023, so if you had played prior to this year it would have been with a different account.
