[2022] Heriloom

Hi @icyhasan123. 

I'm afraid we have not heard if there are plans to add an option to refund or swap heirlooms in Apex Legends. This is something that we've received a lot of feedback on, especially since the Heirloom shards were added to the game. 

We'll continue to pass along this feedback as it comes in. If this is something that changes in the future I'm sure we'll have an announcement to let everyone know. A good place to watch for news and updates on things like that would be the official Apex Legends Twitter page. The team will usually post updates there when they have news to share with the community.
