[2020] Octane's Heirloom Missing - Reward is my undying love/appreesh

Hi, I believe there's a mixup here.

The Octane Heirloom was granted to players who acquired all 24 of the purchasable store cosmetics. 

The prize track for participating in the event was separate, and seem to have been earned properly.
