I moved your thread over to the Apex Legends tech issues board. 

 

Have you tried resetting the password on the EA Account to see if that helps? I've seen some cases where that can do the trick with issues like this. 

 

You can find more info on how to reset the EA Account password at the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having trouble linking the accounts after that.

Do you know if the EA Account you're using has been connected with any other Switch accounts in the past?

I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. They may be able to see if there's an issue that would be preventing you from logging in.
