[2023] Logged into EA account with Xbox account linked, no cross progression

We are indeed rolling out Cross Progression over time, so if you haven't yet seen an in-game notification letting you know that it's arrived for your specific account, that has not yet taken place.

 

As long as those platforms are both linked to the same EA account you should be perfectly fine once Cross Progression is enabled on your account.
