[2021] Names not loading on character screen selection

I'd like to try running through some connection troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop fix this. 

When you have the chance please try running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues afterward check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.

Were you able to try running through any of the steps in the links that I posted in this thread? There are some PlayStation-specific steps that could also help.
