[2021] Rainbow objects and rocks and it doesnt fix after restart

Have you tried repairing the game to see if that helps at all? If there's a problem with the textures that might help to fix it. If you're playing through Origin you can right-click Apex Legends in your game Library, and you'll see a Repair option when the menu pops up. 

If you're using Steam try verifying the integrity of the game data to see if that helps. You can find more info on how to verify it over at the Steam Support site. Let me know if you're still seeing the same thing happening after that.
