I'm afraid we cannot review or change any account bans or suspensions here on the forums.
If you believe an action was taken on your account incorrectly, please feel free to create an appeal here for our Terms of Service team to review.
It sounds like you may have contacted support or created an appeal once, but you're able to send in another to have a separate member of the ToS team review the situation unless they've mentioned no further appeals will be investigated.
Once you've created an appeal, the ToS team will reach back out via email so please keep an eye out for that to show up, thanks!

An appeal with the ToS team is the only method to have these actions reviewed.
If our Terms of Service team has completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the penalty, there will not be a way to unban the account.
