Hey @pandasoup8,
Sorry to hear you haven't gotten those coins to show up yet.
Just to check, have you tried fully logging out of Steam and back in, not just restarting the launcher?
It's definitely been long enough that those should have shown up, so since you haven't seen them it would be best to reach back out to support. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your account on the forums.
The verification they'll need is outlined on this page, and you can find more information on how to reach support over at the EA Help website.
