Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix these issues that you've been seeing? When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps. Those steps can take care of a lot of the most common issues we see, but if you're still having trouble after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.

Have you had a chance to try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases in the past where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. 

You can update the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your own choosing. You can find more information on how to get there over at the Microsoft Support Website. 

I usually recommend the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different one you would prefer using that's OK as well. Please let me know how that goes when you've got the chance.

Thank you for following up! Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there is something else running that might be interfering that may help get around it.
