I'm afraid we're not able to perform any investigations into EA account actions through Answers HQ. The only team who can look into this and discuss this with you is our Terms of Service team.
It sounds like they've already done this from your post i.e. they've looked into it multiple times for you and the results remained the same, confirming the action is correctly applied for rule-breaking. There is nothing that we can do to change this and further appeals won't change the results.
