Hi @Twitch_BoltHyper

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the issues you've been seeing?

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you are still having any trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

Let me know how that goes when you have the chance to give it a try.

@Twitch_BoltHyper

Thanks for giving that a shot.

Can we also try changing the DNS on your PS5 to see if that helps? You can update the DNS using the steps below:

  1. Open the PS5 Settings and go to Network
  2. Select Set Up Internet Connection
  3. Select Set Up Manually
  4. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet
  5. Select DNS
  6. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
  7. Select Done

Let me know if you're still having any problems after that. Thanks again!

@Twitch_BoltHyper

Got it, thank you for giving that a try!

Have you checked to make sure all the ports for Apex Legends are open on your network? You can find more information on the specific ports at the EA Help website. If you need more info on how to open the ports check out the Port Forward website. They have instructions on how to open ports for many makes and models of router/modem.

Let me know if you're still having any trouble connecting to other datacenters after that. Thanks!
