[2023] Opposing players leaving results in an Elimination in Team Deathmatch. Bug?

@Sunzyshy Hey, in this case I don't think you have cause to worry.

If I were to guess, the fake "kill" would be part of implementing the fast changes to how matches end if abandoned, and wouldn't be tracked for any form of cheating monitoring.

Also, we have indeed implemented a form of leaver penalty.
