Hey @drheggman,

 

This sounds as though you've changed which EA Account was connected to your Xbox account. 

 

Progress is currently stored on the EA Account itself so if you unlink an account that progress will be lost.

 

To correct this you would need to re-link the original account where all that content was earned. If you run into any trouble doing so please reach out to support and they'll be able to take a closer look at the account with you to get this cleared up.

Speaking with support to see what other options they may have would be the best bet here. The 6-month cooldown can't be removed at this time, but they may have an alternative depending on the situation.

 

If you've already created a case they should be in touch shortly, though if you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

Sorry @Vrayedx2, while that information is relayed before it allows you to continue unlinking an account and can be reviewed here, that's certainly left you in an unfortunate spot. 

 

It seems you've created an email case, so please keep an eye here or in your email for a reply.

 

If you'd like to speak with someone directly and don't have a phone or live chat option here, the faster option would likely be through Twitter or Facebook if either of those are options for you.

Which account(s) had you unlinked or re-linked in this case?

Are you still playing on the same platform, just a new account? Or is this a different platform as well? Mako.png
