I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and items were taken. While we can't look into this from the forums, I strongly recommend following these steps to help re-secure your account. As you've mentioned, accounts linked to your EA account can be used to access the Ea account too so it's important to ensure they are secure also. Please make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as a result. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamAmazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook). 

 

Once you've updated your security settings, our support team can take a look into the missing content side of things for you. Use the steps in this EA Help guide to connect with the support team:

I'm sorry for the additional reply, but I meant to also include some information on how to receive help with bans. Our Terms of Service can look into that for you if you feel a ban was mistakenly placed on your account. Please fill out the webform by following the advice shared in this guide:

On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
