Have you tried switching to another datacenter to see if that makes a difference? Does this happen no matter which datacenter you're using?

Can we run through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can help with the packet loss you've been seeing? A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website.
