Hey @Cheese185

I took a look at the case you created and I can see that it's been escalated for further investigation. The team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as possible. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long that might take. It can vary depending on the case volume the Terms of Service team is investigating.

At the moment I can only recommend sitting tight and waiting to hear back. I wouldn't recommend updating your case or creating more cases as that could actually increase the length of this investigation. Thanks for being patient on this. I know it can be rough just waiting to hear back, but the TOS team will follow up with you as soon as they can.

Thanks!

Ok thank you for the information. I didn’t know if my email wasn’t working or if my browser wasn’t working and I couldn’t see a response to my case but I’m glad to hear it’s still in the works.😂 Thanks for the update.

You're welcome! Thumbs up

@EA_Kent Any idea how long it will take? It keeps saying my case has been updated but I can't view a reply on the help site and I don't get an email. I'm just confused.

The case showing as "updated" could mean that it's been transferred or escalated. That doesn't necessarily mean you've been sent a response. Unfortunately we don't have a way of knowing how long an investigation like this could take. The team will get back to you via email as soon as they can.

@Lit_Muffin04

Do you have a case number that I could take a look at? If so, do you mind sharing it here?
