These cases would be marked "Fixed" if our advisors have provided the correct information on multiple occasions and there's no alternative option to offer you.
You should be able to review your case replies on this page as well as via email, however once you've had multiple appeals declined by our Terms of Service team, this is no longer something that will be reviewed.
Ultimately there are only so many times they can review the same information while hoping to see a different outcome, so at this point that decision would be final and not something that will change, sorry.
