This game is hyped because of the developing team and it’s vision and dedication for and to the players, genre and game itself.
AoC will not be the perfect game. It will have bugs and issues and everything under the sun.
But the reason why everyone is so excited for this game is because of Steven and the team.
I trust them, and I’m excited to not be f*cked in the ass every day by game company X that only wants to monetize my gaming existence. I’m excited to have our concerns actually heard and addressed and discussed by overlords who want us to have an awesome experience.
That’s all I’m really hyped for. For a healthy and productive relationship between players and the developers.
