Same problem with Path of Exile and Xsolla, can't actually buy anything through them. They ask for INSANE amount of private information and are downright a horrible company that will lie to you. Ended up switching to Steam version of Path of Exile just to be able to buy stuff. Please, please do not keep them in the long term for Ashes of Creation... please. I really wanted to buy into this game as I enjoy putting money into projects I want to have a chance to succeed.
Hi there friend - we did indeed announce a while back that we are working to move away from Xsolla as a payment processor, and will continue to keep you posted on that front as we move forward in the development process!
