Forums background seems to change about every month... What does it mean?

What he said @LieutenantToast ! I mean I had noticed the changing backgrounds, but I never really thought to properly appreciate them, and now I feel sad I never did. The one from last month, that was the dunir city you also posted on twitter right? I assumed it to be, but never actually did the whole right-click and open image in new tab thing.

Forums background seems to change about every month... What does it mean?

Someone finally noticed!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 So we actually change our background images/cover photos on every social media platform each month (new Twitter banner, Discord background, etc.), and the forum background is also updated to match that! For the most part they are from recent concept art that we've shared :smiley:

With the okay pumpkins under the validation pumpkins for the digital template. There are two of them that look like the shadow is altered in a way to make the pumpkin look more real. I'm confused on that part.



For both of the valid pumpkins, all of the lines in the template are completely intact and unchanged from their original version. In both cases, the shadow was created by adding extra color around the base of the pumpkin, without changing the lines in any way at all (the shadow was not part of the original template - it was added by each artist as part of their creation). As you'll notice on both, the lines have not been colored on or altered in any way directly. Hope that helps clarify things a bit further! <3

Hi there friend - at this time, there is no way to spend your Embers in the Ashes of Creation Shop. If you'd like to grab the cosmetic items individually in the Shop each month, you can purchase them with your local currency using Stripe or Xsolla. Embers will be used to make cosmetic purchases in the in-game shop later down the line!

As you noted as well, cosmetic items are exclusive to the time they're available in the Shop, and once they're gone, they will not be available again in the future.

1) Yes, on August 4 at 11AM Pacific the current Pre-Order Packs will swap over to the next version, which will include an all-new set of cosmetic items!

2) You can take a look at which level of Pre-Order Pack grants you access to which particular cosmetic items in our helpful support article here!
