[2021] Is the $500 for all testing phases plus 11 months of gameplay or 11 months of testing?

I am really considering trying this game. I am not a heavy mmo player but generally love the prospect of this game. I understand how unlikely it is that everything promised will be available at release. However, I have spent almost no money on gaming in years and would love to see how testing functions as a software developer myself.

If I buy this, do I get all testing plus 11 months of game post release? or just 11 months of testing. It seems ambiguous on the website.
