i got a referral code from watching a youtube video about your game, and it had a referral code with it, it's RE6C8A4UZMP4DJA5 but it did not work when I put the code in when I signed up for the game. I hope I did not do something wrong, please just let me know if I did please.

That referral code seems to be ok when I try it. Can you post a screenshot of the error you receive when trying to use that code at account creation?
