Hi there! I purchased one of the Pre-Order packs with Alpha One access, followed the steps to setup my forum account, but don't seem to be able to access the next steps. I'm wondering if somebody can add my Alpha One role on.
Hi there friend - to confirm, you believe you currently have the Adventurer or Intrepid Pre-Order Pack which would grant you Alpha One access? You can check by visiting your Inventory on your profile here.
Other packs such as our Voyager Plus Pre-Order Pack include access to our Alpha Two test phase and beyond, though you can upgrade them to a pack that has Alpha One access by visiting our Shop after logging in!
