Will OCE players buying access be blocked by any region locks or restrictions for A2 testing phases

There's always a community of Oceanic players from Australia and New Zealand as well as SEA who are keen to test and play. Will there be any restrictions on player locations for A2 as obviously we won't be in USA Mid-West or Europe. Players testing in these regions offer valuable insight as we deal with high latency, and remote access. We also play mostly off-peak, keeping servers active when the local player base might be catching some zzz's Will we face any access restrictions due to geographic location?
