I’ll start by saying this is an opinion of mine. I think the Elder Scrolls universe has some of the best music in video games. The game is beautiful and when you mix that music in with the landscape, it’s a whole package.

The way I would describe ES music is like an ambient, slow, beautiful score. It creates a feeling of fantasy and I absolutely love it.

My question for the Alpha testers: is the music good? Was it like ES as I described, or does it have a different “vibe” to it? The world appears to be on-par with the beauty of ESO, so I wonder where the music stands.

I sincerely hope they make the ambient sounds and music as good as I hope.

Please let me know, thanks.

As someone pointed out, the music will be made by Bear McCreary, He made the soundtrack of the recent God of War, wish I think have on of the best recent game soundtrack,. I find my self frequently listening to it while working.

It was said that the official soundtrack would be in the Beta. Personally I would not count too much on that, maybe we will get some main theme with it, but I dont expect the whole thing to be in the Beta.

Yup, all music in-game during our recent Alpha One testing was indeed placeholder!

We can't wait to listen in on what Bear creates for Verra with you all 🎧🎶
