So, last week I signed on and the email address I had previously verified was changed to something completely different. I had to change and reverify the email and set up a 2 factor. Devs, please be aware of this issue as if I had not signed on to check everything out, I may have lost my account. I did not receive an email saying my email address was changed or anything as well. Maybe having a possible "Did you change your email?" type of email go out would be good.

Also, I have not got to play alpha yet(bought the pack a few months ago), could they have somehow claimed or transferred anything of mine? Not sure if the tracking numbers are used to claim anything in the game because if so I need new ones please.

Any issues with an account are best handled through a support ticket so that we can verify the account information. It looks like you did submit a ticket and got a response. Please feel free to respond to that ticket if you have any follow-up questions.
