We have a few fixes for this issue internally, it will be part of an upcoming content patch. I will see if we can be clearer about when that fix is going in.
The fix for this issue is part of an upcoming patch, we really could have communicated that better. So the short answer is, its fixed internally but you will get that fix when that patch is released. I asked if we could communicate when that's happening.
The elevator banter is actually some of my favorite dialogue in the game. I’ve see many posts here agree. I’d love an option to let them continue as the characters exit the elevator.
I talked about this a bit on our last stream but its a feature i would love to get. What happens is that when you leave the elevator the next objective starts which triggers mission VO automatically and it has a higher priority than elevator banter. It's a bit tricky to find a way for these things to co-exist. We are investigating whats possible however.
They said they are cutting out elevator conversations once the console update goes live so probably just them being lazy and not wanting to fix a bug
We aren't cutitng elevator conversations. Mission conversations will always play to completion but fast load times will likely cut off idle banter.
I know the video has gone private now, but I want to clarify that Custom HARM Rooms are going to be on consoles, as well. More information to come!

Cloning labs is several hours? Can someone explain to me is it one whole mission or like the gauntlet where its split up into different mission? And will it be the same has the regular hives but with a bunch of floors?
