Unfortunately it's not something supported. However, come Thursday (Pacific Time) he should be able to join you.

Hello all!

I've seen that there is some confusion regarding the status of tickets submitted. There was an issue that directed you to our Bandai Namco support site vs the Bless Unleashed support site. We've been making changes on the tickets to reflect it coming in on the Bless Unleashed support site. So if you think your ticket disappeared or was closed without a response, please check https://support.blessunleashed.com/hc/en-us/requests and you should see your requests there. So there are items that are bound to the character like the additional character slot. However, the skins, mounts, valor perks and titles should follow you through Physera and Teleos.

I hope that was able to help. If you don't have those on the other characters but have it on some, please let me know.

Hello Pyreborn!

We’ve received reports from some users about not being able to use the matchmaking feature to successfully enter dungeons, battlefields, arena, etc. If you are experiencing this issue, please try one of the following solutions.

  1. You will need to reset your MAC addresses within your console when facing this issue. A Mac Address is a "Media Access Control Address". It is basically is a number attached to each hardware which in this case is an Xbox. It allows for authentication of a specific Xbox number to connect to a network. The mac address can be seen as a ticket to enter through a gate. It happens in other games as well with server connection issues.

Instructions: Press Home Xbox >> System Tab >> Settings >> General Tab >> Network Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC address >> Clear

  1. Perform a hard reset to your Xbox. This can be done by pushing down on your Xbox One's power button until it turn...

There is an issue we're working on because you shouldn't have to select a game. If it does take you to our main games selection page, if you scroll down there will be a button that says "Get Bless Unleashed Support" and it'll take you back to the Bless Unleashed support site.

It's bound to the account. So you only need to claim it and use it on one character. :)
