When did you submit a ticket? We're currently answering them in the order they were received.
It's bound to the account. So you only need to claim it and use it on one character. :)

It’s been a great game so far! All the hard work on it is appreciated. Kinda wish the updates weren’t right in the middle of my play time, but I completely understand why though.
