What makes this worse is these artisans are needed for a part of the second upgrade. Pretty sure there will be 9 upgrades in all, but no one can advance past the second upgrade with these missing.
Somehow bugging out the spawned ones and forgetting to add them to loot tables at the same time.
Aye either they left them out on purpose to throttle progress and should be open out that instead of giving us the runaround, or there is a game-breaking bug and they need to acknowledge it and let us know they are working on it. This post inspired a video that comes out later today
