Just enjoyed playing The Division 2. Needed at least 2 times to start the game. First time crashed after 10 minutes. Again 2-3 attempts to start the game and after a hour a new crash. "Funny" how an old game still has so much crashes.

The best way for us to help you is to look at your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux). This guide explains where to find it and suggests some sites you can upload it to, as you can't attach files here on Steam. :)

Hmm, there isn't a crash in that log, but looking at your RAM, DLCs and subscribed assets, I would guess you are running out of RAM. Increase your pagefile to 32 GB. The extra 8 GB RAM might also do the trick for you.

This guide explains how to change it.

Keep in mind that the pagefile is listed in MB, so 32 GB would be 32000 MB. :)

Hey there @Fasstfred

In order to troubleshoot the crashing you are running into, please go ahead and start with our basic troubleshooting guide.

After that, you will need to generate some basic system files for your PC and attach them to a one-on-one support ticket.

Please let me know once that ticket has your files attached so that I may review them!

Hello,

Please, could you copy the lines in your ZXLog file. This file is usually in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions.

You have to copy the lines after the game got crashes and before launching it again.

Regards

Please send your client logfiles after such a crash to [email protected], you can read how to get the logfiles here: https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoIssues/wiki/Getting-the-Eco-game-log-file
